Day 3 of my vitamin D synthesis project in Lanzarote - aka winter holiday! Nature is always best. I sit out with the rising sun to prep the skin for max benefit in the midday sun. Not worn suncream in years. Stopped burning after I stopped using it. Honey, beeswax, olive oil, royal jelly, bee pollen and bee propolis for moisture. Add 4 hours of exercise per day. My immune system thanks me!
